Sales Representative

As one of the leading organic whole-food trading companies in Europe, Lovenature Superfoods is looking for a passionate, driven Sales Representative with great communication skills and excellent ability to close deals.

Most importantly we need a natural born sales person and negotiator. Someone fearless, relentless and highly motivated by making deals! We are also looking for a candidate who believes in the values of organic food, human connection and wants to be part of an incredible company that is making a difference in the world.

Lovenature Superfoods Group:

This current year our target is to reach 10.000 metric tones in sales on our bulk organic ingredients, and our goal is to reach 23,500 metric tones per year by 2023.

Our current ingredients include range includes ‘organic virgin coconut oil’, ‘organic chia seeds’, ‘organic panela sugar', ‘organic coconut sugar', among other ingredients, and we are now building momentum, growing the business and leading the market in new unique ways.

Our business model consists of working directly with incredible farmers from all over the world and provide a full quality control system, logistics directly from our farmers to our client’s warehouse in Europe.

Our clients are leading European trading companies, manufacturers, and other large players at the industrial level.

Our door to door service helps to bring more efficiency and effectiveness to our client’s buying department while we take care of every aspect of the process for them.

The role:

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and growth of our B2B trade sales in the northern European region. As well as the day-to-day management of some current accounts.

We are searching for a candidate that genuinely loves connecting with people, can build and lead a great team, and can convert prospects into part of the Lovenature selected group of clients.

The candidate will be able to take initiatives and handle daily challenges with a positive mindset, as well as someone capable of innovating and breaking the mold when necessary.

Ideally, we would love to have a team member that is already experienced in sales and with closing large contracts, while demonstrating drive and persistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building extraordinary relationships

  • Actively working to increase trade sales on a month-on-month basis

  • Winning new partnerships/clients

  • Managing and logging daily activities in our CMR system


  • A proven track record of achieving targets

  • Someone who like us is passionate about the food industry and wants to be part of a high impact business

  • An excellent communicator and people’s person who is able to build rapport quickly

  • Someone highly detail-oriented and acurate, self-motivated and who takes full charge of handling their own tasks and responsibilities with extraordinary discipline and time management skills

  • A confident and professional manner, plus the ability to empathise with and understand customer needs

  • A natural flair for negotiating and closing deals

  • Initiative, fearless and ready for challenges and to be challenged

  • Happy to brainstorm and find new ways of doing things

  • Flexibility, decisiveness, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet

  • A strong work ethic and the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload effectively

Salary & Job Information:

The successful Sales Representative will enjoy a basic salary plus the possibility for a commision structure and the chance to have a share participation on the company in the longer term.
