ヨーロッパ本社のグローバルな食品原料生産・調達会社で英語と日本語を使って品質管理のスキルを活かす。 日本市場の製品品質を管理するアシスタントを探しております。以前品質管理経験のある候補を求めます。
パート・週5(月~金)の仕事となりますが、スケジュールがフレキシブルです(平均約週20時間)。
リモート(テレワーク)の仕事ですが、時々サンプル等を出荷したり、ミーティングの参加もあります。
(会社がビジネスエクスペンスを負担します。)
 

【主な勤務内容】
・電話とメール対応
・ヨーロッパやアフリカの品質管理部と連携する
・品質管理の経験を活かせて製品品質を対応する

・日本大企業の輸入業者・食品メーカー・リテーラー等のサポート
(書類対応、スペックの確認、トラブル シュート等)
・スペックシートの編集・営業プレゼンの作成等 ・営業のサポート
(アメリカ人の事業開発担当のアシスタント)
 

【必要な経験・基準】
・日本語母国語・英語のビジネスレベル
・関東に住まい・時々貨物送り・店回り・出張等に出られる
・パソコンが得意(ワード・エクセル・パワーポイント・G Suite等が得意)
・携帯電話やパソコンを持っている

Overview
Utilize your J/E bilingual language skills and Quality Control expertise and work with a diverse, passionate team of colleagues across the globe. Lovenature Superfoods is a global organic superfoods wholesaler with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and positive impact on the farming communities we partner with. We're looking for a part-time Quality Control Assistant with previous experience in food quality assurance. You will support the Japan region, a new market for Lovenature, and report to the Head of Business Development in Japan. This part-time position is fully remote with a flexible schedule (Mon. thru Fri. approx. 20 hours per week). You can make your own schedule but must remain attentive to email/phone and Quality Control tasks as they arise. Also, occasional business meetings, retailer visits, and package mailings may be required, and the company will reimburse all expenses incurred.

•Email and phone correspondence
•Work closely with Lovenature Quality teams in Europe and Africa
•Apply your Quality Control experience to execute effective quality assurance of products
•Support importers, manufacturers, distros, etc., in the Japan market with quality needs, documentation, troubleshooting, etc.
•Complete Quality documentation with great attention to detail, facilitate product specs, etc.
•Assist Biz Dev manager with sales collateral generation and support, etc.

Job Requirements
•Japanese native speaker / English business level
•Must reside in Greater Tokyo Area, able to attend occasional in-person meetings, etc. •Skilled with computers (proficient in Word, Excel & Powerpoint, also G Suite)
•Must have access to a personal computer and cell phone
