Organic Oat Flour
Raw material: Our Organic Oat Flour is 100% from organic farming. Our Oats are grown in the Finnish countryside. The oat flour is ground using traditional methods at our growers gluten-free mill, which dates back to 1970.
Gluten-free, GMO-free, radiation-free and additive-free.
Country of origin: Finland.
Intended use of the ingredient: Organic Oat Flour has a subtle, sweet and nutty caramel- like flavour, which enhances baked goods. The flour can help with their structure and can help make cakes tender and cookies thick and chewy – thanks to its protein and fibre content.
Allergens: Gluten-free and free of allergens (Regulation No. 1169/2011). Suitable for Vegetarians, Vegans and Lacto-vegetarians.
