Raw material: Our Organic White Corn Masa Flour is 100% from organic farming. It is grown in Mexico where it originated 10,000 years ago. The corn is processed in a traditional Mexican way; it is treated with lime, cooked, dried and ground.
Gluten-free, GMO-free, radiation-free and additive-free.
