Organic Cassava Flour
Raw material: Our Organic Cassava Flour is 100% from organic farming. Our cassava root grows in rich volcanic soil. This flour can be used on its own as a flour, achieving a similar consistency to wheat flour with no need to blend it with other flours.
Gluten-free, GMO-free, radiation-free and additive-free.
Country of origin: Indonesia.
Intended use of the ingredient: Organic Cassava Flour can be used for the production of bread and cookies, making noodles and macaroni, as a thickener for dehydrated soups, condiments, baby food, dulce de leche and for the production of precooked flours and instant mixes.
Allergens: Naturally Gluten-free and free of allergens (Regulation No. 1169/2011). Suitable for Vegetarians, Vegans and Lacto-vegetarians.
