Intended use of the ingredient: Organic Buckwheat Flour has a nut-like flavour which is unique and delicious. This flour is perfect for vegan baking because it binds well with liquids and helps baked goods to become fluffy even without the use of eggs.
Allergens: Gluten-free and free of allergens (Regulation No. 1169/2011). Buckwheat is unrelated to wheat and is naturally gluten-free. Suitable for Vegetarians, Vegans and Lacto-vegetarians.
