Raw material: Our Organic Raw Activated Almonds are soaked in filtered water to activate, then dehydrated below 47°C. The activation of our almonds makes the digestion easier and improves the bio-availability of nutrients. This process also removes bitterness and enhances the natural flavour of the nut.
Gluten-free, GMO-free, radiation-free and additive-free.

Intended use of the ingredient: Organic Activated Almonds are a source of essential amino acids as well as a source of healthy fats such as omega 3. Another characteristic for which this nut stands out is for its antioxidant power and its content in vitamins such as Riboflavin, Vitamin E or Vitamin B2.
Allergens: Our Organic Activated Almonds are Gluten-free. Almonds is declared allergen (included in Regulation 1169/2011 as a dried fruit).
